We are seeking a seasoned People Performance Partner to join a highly cohesive, high-engagement team dedicated to supporting a workforce that makes a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. This isn’t about just "doing the work"; it’s about acting as a true partner to build leadership capability and quiet the noise so your stakeholders can focus on what they do best.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the people strategy for the largest division within a purpose-driven organisation, supporting approximately 300 dedicated staff. Reporting to a supportive Manager of People Performance, you will be the primary point of contact for General Managers and Service Managers within a complex, operational environment. You’ll find yourself in a team that values knowledge and authenticity, working autonomously while naturally mentoring your peers to help the whole "tribe" thrive. Whether you are working from home, collaborating in the office, or visiting sites across Inner West and Western Sydney, your presence will be the grounded assurance leaders need to navigate change.
Over the next 12 months, you will move beyond reactive HR to become a proactive coach and strategist. You will:
