Salary: $80k - $85k + Super Flexibility: Open to 4 days a week (must be available for core committee meetings).
Are you a "Doer" with an EA-mindset who loves a task-focused desk? We are looking for a highly organized Business Support Coordinator to join a professional, clinical team in the Southwest. If you are the person who keeps everything on track and thrives on precision, this is the role for you.
The Mission: Precision & Coordination This isn't just a "shopping list" admin role. You are backfilling a valued team member who has moved onto a strategic project. You will be the "glue" for a team of clinical health professionals—managing the critical coordination and governance that allows them to focus on their specialist work.
Governance & Meetings: Owning the coordination of committee and governance meetings—including professional minute-taking and agenda preparation.
Event Coordination: Managing the logistics for team training and internal events to ensure they run seamlessly.
High-Level Admin: Acting as the "gatekeeper" for task-based operations, ensuring 100% accuracy in a compliant, health-focused environment.
Stakeholder Liaison: Working with senior clinical leaders and psychologists who value a professional, detail-oriented approach.

The Basics: Solid experience in a high-level Business Support, EA, HR or Compliance-heavy Admin role.
