Are you a HR Officer/Coordinator who loves getting things done? We are looking for an HR operational superstar to join a high-performing People & Culture team during a major period of digital transformation.
The Mission: Support a Team in Transformation The team is currently in the thick of an HRIS implementation. While the internal team focuses on the strategic project side and the system go-live, we need you to be the "Engine Room." You’ll be the go-to for the operational heavy lifting, ensuring the manual processes stay seamless while the new tech is being built.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Recruitment: Managing the admin, scheduling, and coordination to keep the talent pipeline moving.
- Contract Management: Drafting new contracts and processing variations with 100% accuracy—you’ll be the "detail person."
- Operational Admin: Handling the HR coordinator tasks that keep a busy HR department functioning.
- Stakeholder Support: Acting as a confident point of contact for managers across the business to resolve queries quickly.
Why You’ll Love This Team:
- The Culture: You’ll be joining a small, high-energy team of absolute "whizzes." They are smart, fast-paced, and need someone who can keep up and have a laugh while doing it.
- The Manager: You’ll report to a grounded, direct leader with a great attitude. They don't want a robot; they want a partner who sees what needs doing and just dives in.
- Flexibility That Actually Works: a good home/office split. The team is also open to 4 days a week or reduced daily (School) hours (ideal for those looking to balance school runs or local life).
What You Bring:
- The Basics: Solid experience in an HR Coordinator or heavy Admin role where you've handled contracts and recruitment.
- The Mindset: You thrive in "admin-heavy" environments and take pride in being the person who keeps the wheels turning.
- The Location: Ideally, you’re a Southwest local who is ready to ditch the CBD commute for a Campbelltown-based hub.
