Job Description
One of Millenilink’s clients, a high growth Human Capital Management, IT consulting company in Princeton, New Jersey is hiring a VP of Sales to scale their operations.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years selling full cycle IT services to enterprise organizations in the Tri-State area. Experience coming from Healthcare, Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods is a large value add. The successful candidate will have experience selling to CIO’s, CTOs, CFOs and Procurement among other stakeholders of organizations that meet the following criteria:
Minimum 100 employee
Minimum $100 Million+ Revenue organizations
Experience selling one or multiple of:
HRIS
HCM or
ERP systems
including SAP, Kronos, Workday, Peoplesoft, and more would be a strong fit for this type of opportunity. Experience with other transferable IT Services sales will also be considered. In order to qualify for this opportunity candidates must have the following;
2 to 3 years selling IT consulting services including systems implementations and and consulting
Experience selling IT Services including but not limited to any one of: SAP, Kronos, Workday, Peoplesoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle and more
Previously sales experience to organizations of 100 employees + and $ 100 Million + in revenue
Proven self-starter work ethic and results
Ability to work hybrid in Princeton, New Jersey
Ability to travel to client sites in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania area
Excellent written and verbal communication
