Engineering Supervisor in a High-Performing Industrial Environment

We’re looking for a dynamic Engineering Supervisor to lead our team and optimise plant performance in a high-performance industrial setting. This role offers the opportunity to implement maintenance strategies, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to long-term success.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll be responsible for leading the engineering team, managing plant maintenance, and ensuring operational readiness to reduce downtime and improve plant performance. This role allows you to shape the team’s success, drive process improvements, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

You’ll oversee the maintenance and optimisation of key plant equipment, including conveyors, and hydraulic systems.

What You’ll Bring

• Technical Expertise – Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within an industrial environment.
• Leadership & Team Management – Strong ability to lead, mentor, and support engineering teams to achieve operational goals.
• Safety & Compliance Knowledge – A solid understanding of workplace safety standards and the ability to implement best practices.
• Certifications – Trade certificate or equivalent
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
