Ensuring regulatory and safety compliance across all plant, equipment, and utility systems
Championing lean methodologies and fostering a proactive engineering culture
Supporting site leadership and cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business priorities
Navigating complexity and engaging confidently with stakeholders across local, national, and global levels
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
An engineering degree or equivalent qualification
At least 10 years’ experience in complex manufacturing or process industries

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels of a multinational organisation
Now is the time to step into a role that offers true leadership impact, a seat at the table, and the autonomy to shape long-term infrastructure and capital direction. You’ll enjoy the backing of a global brand, the challenge of complex engineering environments, and the lifestyle benefits of Hawke’s Bay living.
Competitive salary, supportive leadership, and exposure to world-class systems and practices make this a unique opportunity for a proven engineering leader ready to make their mark.
