Maintenance Engineer (Condition Monitoring) in a High-Performing Industrial Environment

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with Condition Monitoring experience to optimise plant performance and ensure reliability in a key industrial environment.  Based in Blenheim, this role offers the opportunity to implement condition monitoring strategies, enhance reliability, and contribute to long-term operational success.

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee and implement condition monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis, bearings, and alignment, to ensure plant machinery runs efficiently. You’ll help drive maintenance initiatives, prevent downtime, and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain smooth plant operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform vibration analysis and condition monitoring of plant machinery.
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Manage repairs, troubleshoot machinery, and support general maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve equipment reliability and performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Technical Expertise – Strong background in vibration analysis, bearing monitoring, and alignment.
• Condition Monitoring Experience – Ability to implement and interpret monitoring data to improve plant reliability.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Certifications – Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
