Are you passionate about property investment and driven to help clients build long-term wealth? Our client is looking for a Property Investment Adviser who thrives in a high-energy environment, has deep property market expertise, and knows how to close deals.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes property investment strategy - not just financial advice. You’ll be providing tailored investment guidance, working closely with financial advisers, and using cutting-edge tools to develop property investment plans that deliver real results.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on property investment strategies, plans, and opportunities to maximise returns.
• Use advanced market insights and investment tools to prepare custom investment plans and recommendations.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and external stakeholders to deliver holistic investment solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through their investment journey with expertise and confidence.
• Train financial advisers and licensees on property investment fundamentals as they relate to lending.
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and emerging investment opportunities.
• Drive new business and referrals through strong networking and a proven track record in sales and deal closure.

What You Bring:

• Investment-focused experience in property brokerage, real estate sales, or investment management.
• Strong understanding of property investment strategies and a passion for the market.
• Investment Advice Strand certification (on top of financial advisory licensing) to provide personalised investment advice.
• A high-performance mindset with strong sales and closing ability.
• Proven ability to build relationships and guide clients through investment decision-making.
