What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert financial advice across lending, insurance, and property transactions.
- Use a proven wealth creation model to deliver tailored solutions that build long-term financial success.
- Build strong, relationship-driven connections with clients, ensuring a duty of care approach.
- Leverage an advanced CRM and lead generation system to maintain seamless client interactions.
- Work alongside specialists in property investment and insurance to provide a holistic advisory service.
- Drive new business growth through strategic referral networks and market expertise.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in banking, credit, or mortgage advising (e.g., Bank Mortgage Manager, Financial Advisor).
- NZ Certificate Level 5 qualification.
- Strong financial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Sales ability paired with deep knowledge of the property market.
- A people-first approach—you build trust, strong connection and deliver value at every stage.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and relentless in finding the best solutions for clients.
