Job Description
Are you an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in managing HVAC mechanical projects, with at least 5 years of experience being a significant advantage. While experience in modular construction is not required, it is considered an asset. This role requires the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC mechanical projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to stay on track.
- Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and thoroughness in all project aspects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any changes to project scope.
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in project management within the HVAC mechanical sector is highly desirable, not required, but a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
