Executive Leadership: Direct all mechanical operations, from estimating and project management to field execution and quality control.
P&L Stewardship: Own budgeting, forecasting, and profitability—identify opportunities and course-correct to hit financial goals.
Business Development: Cultivate new and existing relationships within the food & beverage (including pet food) constructors—lead pursuits, negotiations, and contract close.
Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering, project, and field leadership—foster our culture of longevity and excellence.
Innovation & Process: Champion technology adoption (prefab, BIM, IoT monitoring) and continuous improvement to boost productivity and safety.
Proven Track Record: 10+ years leading a mechanical construction organization—ideally $30 M+ in annual revenue.
P&L Mastery: Demonstrated success owning profit & loss, driving margin expansion, and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Food & Beverage Focus: Deep network and wins in the food & beverage sector (pet food experience highly preferred).
Executive Presence: Exceptional communicator and negotiator—comfortable presenting to C-suite and large-enterprise clients.
Forward Thinker: A strategic mindset with a bias for action—seeking growth opportunities and operational efficiencies at every turn.
