Ready to build something big? We're looking for a dynamic Ironworker Superintendent who's not afraid to tackle challenging projects head-on!

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage schedules for crane and steel deliveries, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate closely with Crane Operators, Safety Coordinators, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Interpret complex structural drawings, including tolerances, weld symbols, and assembly instructions.
• Communicate effectively with field management, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Proactively adapt to changes in job site conditions, shipping schedules, and weather, swiftly addressing production challenges.
• Execute daily reports, toolbox talks, JSAs, and AHAs to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Plan effectively with a 2-3 week look-ahead, ensuring proactive site management.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ability to anticipate issues and act decisively. Flexibility to travel and commitment to a 6-day workweek.

Required Certifications:

• OSHA 30
• Rigging Certification
