We’re building some of the most advanced semiconductor fabs and data centers in the world — and we’re looking for a Cost Engineer with expertise in architectural scope to help us deliver on time and on budget.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for estimating, tracking, and controlling costs for architectural finishes such as partitions, ceilings, doors, and more. You’ll collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to ensure every detail is accurate and every dollar is accounted for.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for architectural work.
• Analyze drawings/specs and update budgets as designs evolve.
• Track change orders and assess cost impacts.
• Review subcontractor payment applications and reconcile costs.
• Provide variance analysis, cost forecasts, and regular reports.
• Support contract negotiations with detailed cost breakdowns.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cost engineering/estimating (construction industry).
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in cost tools (Excel, Bluebeam, Timberline, Sage, CostX, etc.).
• Experience with high-tech facility construction a plus.
