Project Manager – Mechanical HVAC Chandler, AZ

We’re seeking a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, equipment procurement, subcontractor coordination, change orders, and closeout. You’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — all while keeping the customer satisfied and the bottom line healthy.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, organize, and manage HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with estimators, field superintendents, and project coordinators
• Handle project submittals, RFIs, equipment orders, subcontracts, and buyouts
• Review and clarify project scope, contracts, and budgets
• Track costs, schedules, and WIP reports
• Lead turnover, commissioning, and owner training
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete
• Support punch list resolution and warranty coordination

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of mechanical/HVAC project experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical construction processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and construction documents
• Solid problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Additional Requirements:

• Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and use of ladders/rooftop access
• Must be comfortable working around active construction sites and in varying weather
• Able to juggle competing deadlines and maintain professionalism under pressure
