What You’ll Do

• Own Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, and other trades professionals

• Craft Magnetic Job Ads: Write clear, keyword‑optimized postings to attract qualified candidates

• Screen & Qualify: Assess technical skills, certifications, experience, and cultural fit via phone and in‑person interviews

• Build & Nurture Pipeline: Maintain an active talent network for current openings and future needs

• Guide & Close: Manage offers, negotiate terms, and support candidates through onboarding

• Market Intelligence: Track trade‑specific certifications, wage benchmarks, and local labor trends

• On‑Site Interviews: Conduct occasional interviews at client locations in the Salt Lake City area

What You’ll Bring

• 2 + years recruiting in skilled trades, construction, industrial, or related sectors

• Proven success placing licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, or similar roles

• Deep knowledge of certifications (e.g., Journeyman, HVAC/R) and industry terminology

• Expert communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills

• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment

• Proficiency with ATS/recruitment tools and Microsoft Office

• Residency in Salt Lake City, UT area (required)
