QA Manager – Semiconductor & Biopharma Construction 
Austin, TX

We’re seeking a sharp and experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance efforts on large-scale semiconductor and biopharma construction projects in Texas. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA programs across multiple high-tech or cleanroom construction projects.
• Develop QA plans, inspection procedures, and ensure documentation meets regulatory and client standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate non-conformances.
• Monitor subcontractor QA performance and enforce site-specific standards.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and other relevant industry standards.
• Maintain QA records (test results, certifications, reports).
• Facilitate training and quality briefings for field teams.
• Report QA metrics to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of QA practices for cleanroom/process-critical environments.
• Proficient with QA tools, documentation, and digital reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with semiconductor or biopharma facility construction.
• Background in Texas-based construction projects.
• Familiarity with international contractors and regulatory bodies (FDA, ICH Q10).
• QA certifications (CQA, ASQ, etc.).
• Bilingual (English + Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin) a plus.
