What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Coordinator, you’ll lead our field teams on plumbing, pipefitting, and welding projects—managing labor, coordinating materials, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate labor, and ensure on-time performance
• Oversee field crews, providing direction, support, and training to meet quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely material deliveries
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to solve field challenges and keep jobs on track
• Maintain a proactive approach to conflict resolution, logistics, and workforce planning
• Lead by example with strong leadership, organization, and project execution

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Labor Coordination, or Field Supervision in mechanical, plumbing, or pipefitting industries
• Proven ability to manage field crews and complex project schedules
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically and adapt to field conditions
• Experience in plumbing, welding, and piping systems preferred
