Bilingual HR Manager - High Point, NC

Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our team in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience managing HR functions in a fast-paced, field-based environment. This position will support hiring, compliance, employee relations, and workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR across office and field operations
  • Translate policies and communicate procedures effectively in both English and Spanish
  • Lead onboarding, benefits enrollment, and leave management
  • Coach managers and supervisors on employee relations, performance, and documentation
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, workplace safety (OSHA), and company policy
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and improve employee retention

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Required
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, safety regulations, and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce in industries like construction or manufacturing
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
