Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented candidate with hands-on MEP experience to join our team as a Project Manager in Tacoma, WA. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple awarded projects for commercial and industrial facilities. 

What You'll Do

• Managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on commercial and industrial projects
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
• Work closely with subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and internal teams to keep the project moving
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor field progress, safety, and quality standards
• Attend project meetings and help resolve day-to-day site issues
• Learn directly from senior PMs and superintendents while building your own leadership experience

What You Bring

• 5 years or more of experience in construction (MEP trades or project coordination a plus)
• Basic understanding of MEP systems, HVAC systems, and construction sequencing
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
