BIM/CAD MANAGER
Weare, NH

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead all BIM/CAD operations including staffing, budgeting, training, and software implementation

• Manage project timelines, model development, and coordination efforts across trades

• Mentor and support CAD Technicians, creating a culture of accountability, development, and teamwork

• Conduct internal and external coordination meetings with clients, engineers, and contractors

• Review design documents, submittals, and create accurate 3D mechanical models as needed

• Resolve clashes using Navisworks and communicate RFIs clearly to design teams

• Support fabrication and field teams with coordinated drawings and layout data

• Conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and gather data for model accuracy

• Assist with record drawings, redlines, and project close-out documentation

The Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of AutoCAD experience; 5+ years with Revit

• Strong proficiency in Navisworks Manage; Fabrication software is a plus

• Solid understanding of mechanical systems: HVAC, piping, plumbing

• Experience producing coordination drawings and resolving inter-trade conflicts

• Effective communicator with strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
