What You Will Be Doing
• Coordinate incoming HVAC service calls and dispatch technicians based on urgency and geography
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and timely service
• Track work orders, job status, and parts procurement in dispatch software
• Schedule and coordinate third-party services such as cranes and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate service records and job notes for ongoing and completed work
• Collaborate with supervisors and the service department to prioritize workflow and support customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years of HVAC or service industry dispatching experience
• Proficient with scheduling software and basic data entry tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities while staying calm under pressure
