BAS Design Engineer

What You Will Be Doing

• Design complete BAS solutions to achieve customer specified sequence of operation and standards.
• Develop detailed control drawings and sequences via AutoCAD LT and Bluebeam Revu.
• Review construction drawings and provide feedback to design engineers directly regarding the control design.
• Estimate BAS projects.
• Program and deploy BAS hardware before shipping.
• Work with field engineers and customers on new and existing site BAS issues and training.

The Ideal Candidate

• BS in Engineering or EQUIVALENT of at least Five (5) plus years’ experience in Building Automation- HVAC and Lighting Control methodologies and design
• Working hours’ flexible as needed
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Self-Motivated, ability to work alone on projects with minimal supervision
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Tridium N4 Certified
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience

Other Essential Functions

• Distech controls Certified preferred.
