Regional Controller – Financial Leadership in Construction & Manufacturing

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Controller to lead financial operations within our growing
organization. This role provides strategic financial oversight, ensuring
compliance with accounting policies, accurate financial reporting, and seamless
integration of acquisitions. The Regional Controller partners closely with the Regional Vice
President (RVP) and Corporate Leadership to drive financial efficiency and
operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Reporting:
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements.
  • Partner with senior leadership to interpret financial data, optimize budgeting, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regional financial reports to executives, providing key insights and
  • recommendations.
  • Compliance & Audit Leadership:
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and corporate accounting policies.
  • Oversee external audit processes and support regulatory reporting requirements.
Acquisitions & Integration:
  • Conduct financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Lead the post-acquisition financial integration process, aligning financial operations with
  • corporate standards.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) while closely collaborating with the
  • Regional Vice President (RVP).
  • Act as a mentor and financial consultant, influencing rather than enforcing, in a decentralized
  • business environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • 10+ years of financial leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial
  • sectors.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, GAAP, and compliance standards.
  • Experience managing M&A financial due diligence and integration.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-location, decentralized business model.




































Travel & Work Environment:
• 40% - 60% travel required to company locations and corporate meetings.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary.
