Mechanical Engineer (HVAC/Plumbing)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems. In this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle—from initial concept through installation, commissioning, and final documentation—of HVAC and plumbing systems designed specifically for heavy industrial and food manufacturing environments. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver energy-efficient and code-compliant solutions that ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cradle-to-Grave Project Management: Lead full lifecycle design of HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring seamless integration from concept to commissioning.
• Design & Compliance: Develop detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cost-effective proposals that comply with relevant building codes and industry standards.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement energy-efficient solutions and conduct design reviews and feasibility studies.
• Documentation & Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate project documentation and manage design revisions to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical).
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system design with full lifecycle (cradle-to-grave) project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and best practices in heavy industrial and food manufacturing settings.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
