Process Piping Engineer, (EIT or PE)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Process Piping Engineer to manage the complete design process for process piping systems in heavy industrial and food manufacturing facilities. This role involves overseeing projects from the initial concept through installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring that all systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Oversee the cradle-to-grave design of process piping systems, including layout planning, technical specifications, and final commissioning.
• Standards & Compliance: Develop designs that meet industry codes (e.g., ASME B31.3, API) and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
• Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—integrating mechanical, electrical, and structural aspects—to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Analysis & Documentation: Conduct technical analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and managing design revisions.

Industry Focus: Heavy Industrial & Food Manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer or EIT, (Mechanical).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process piping design with cradle-to-grave project involvement.
• Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Solid understanding of industry standards and codes applicable to heavy industrial and food manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
