Senior Project Manager

Location: Beasley, TX

Position Overview:

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing and project execution? Our Beasley, TX facility is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects, ensure budgetary alignment, and drive excellence in project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define and document the full project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes in coordination with the PMO Office.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing escalations and expectations.
• Ensure budget adherence and proper allocation based on project scope.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align project planning and execution with business objectives.
• Manage team hiring, training, and coaching, ensuring the right talent is in place.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMO team and ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead resource planning, allocation, and optimization for project success.
• Evaluate project performance, leveraging analytics and dashboards to drive insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or as a product owner.
• Expertise in PMP methodologies/frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Pump skids and electrical systems experience preferred.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in analytics and dashboard reporting.
