Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Project Manager with expertise in mechanical systems for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish, emphasizing HVAC/Mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical  aspects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
•  Oversee project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to  ensure collaboration and performance.
• Act as the primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
•  Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues to maintain  delivery and quality.
•  Implement quality control measures to ensure systems meet standards.
•  Monitor project finances, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
•  Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
•  Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
•  Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new methodologies.  

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction  Management, or related field.
• Proven project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
