Job Description

Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with 6-10 years of commercial installing experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings according to specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in commercial buildings, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
• Measure and cut materials, fabricate components, and assemble parts for accurate and efficient installations.
• Install and connect HVAC equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Test HVAC systems for leaks, pressure, and performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation activities and meet deadlines.
• Provide training and guidance to junior installers and apprentices.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in HVAC installation preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
