We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber or Med-Gas Plumber to join our team and support large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. These projects include healthcare, government, education, manufacturing, and data centers, among others. Plumbing Apprentices with basic plumbing knowledge are also encouraged to apply—on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Install and maintain plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects, including underground rough-ins, stack-outs, and trim-outs.
Interpret blueprints to determine the installation layout for plumbing systems.
Measure, mark, and lay out materials using tools like lasers, rulers, calculators, and squares.
Solder, braze, and install various pipe materials (CPVC/PVC, cast iron, poly pipe, PEX, etc.) using appropriate techniques.
Install and secure piping systems using unistrut, nuts, washers, clevis hangers, and other hardware.
Ensure plumbing systems are installed per building codes and project specifications.
Safely operate hand and power tools to complete installations.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. Work Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
Valid Plumbing License (Journeyman, Apprentice, or Master) or Med-Gas Certification in Texas (or ability to obtain).
Ability to lead and mentor apprentices and helpers
OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
Med-Gas Certification (preferred) or the ability to obtain.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical and English language skills.
Physical Demands:
Ability to follow company Safety Policy and demonstrate safe work practices.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, climb, stoop, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Must pass background screening, drug screening, and physical ability test
