What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Align HR strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage Recruitment and Selection: Ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs.
  • Performance Management: Implement a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Training and Development: Oversee programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Utilize Workday: Leverage Workday for HR management, data handling, and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. 
  • Experience: 10+ years in human resources management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state payroll laws.
  • Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
  • Industry Background: Experience in manufacturing, military, or construction industries is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Proficient in HR software, particularly Workday.
