Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for estimating and HVAC systems? We are looking for a Sheetmetal Estimator to provide accurate cost estimations for our projects. This salaried role requires strong technical skills, organizational abilities, and extensive HVAC industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates for Sheetmetal components in HVAC systems based on project specifications and designs.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including project scope, specifications, and cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with schedules.
- Estimate costs for equipment, materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
- Assist the design manager in generating documentation for project submittals and approvals.

- Define shipping, commissions, and payment terms with engineering and accounting teams.
- Maintain and update the estimating program for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide quotations for mechanical and electrical sub-contracts related to Sheetmetal work.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical and organizational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and Sheetmetal components.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers, project engineers, and department managers.
-Ability to develop detailed cost estimates.
-Experience coordinating with design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timelines.
-Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation.
