We seek an Accounts Payable Specialist with 2+ years of experience in commercial construction and plumbing. The ideal candidate will handle up to 500 invoices per week, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Key responsibilities include invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, matching purchase orders to invoices, handling vendor inquiries, preparing payments, maintaining records, and supporting month-end closings. The role requires proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, strong reconciliation skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
