THE POSITION

Due to significant business opportunities and market demand for disruptive recruitment offerings, we seek an experienced Director of Recruitment Solutions & Client Success to join our dynamic team.  With an uncapped, performance-based upside, this is an industry-unique opportunity for a driven and results-oriented performer.

The ideal candidate will be a progressive, entrepreneurial-minded, highly self-motivated sales professional with 5+ years of executive search and/or business development experience. They must be confident and credible executive-level communicators, possess innate sales and relationship development abilities, and embrace our values of high ethics and superior customer service.

THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Director of Recruitment Solutions & Client Success, you will be responsible for securing both retained executive search assignments (Oxford + Richmond) and recurring Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) contracts for professional and mid-level roles (TalentSpoke™).  Our experienced and proven execution team will then work on delivering the services, while you will continue to work closely with clients and nurture and strengthen client relationships.

  • Business Development (70-80% of your role): Your primary focus is developing and implementing strategies to secure new business and drive new logo revenue growth for both service offerings (Oxford + Richmond and TalentSpoke™). 
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide consultation on recruitment strategies in collaboration with the O+R / TalentSpoke execution team. 
  • Market research and analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide clients with insights on market conditions and talent trends.
  • Collaboration with O+R Execution Team: Collaborate with and share information gathered from client meetings to help inform the O+R sourcing and recruitment team to ensure the most highly qualified and best-suited candidates are presented for all positions.
  • Reporting and tracking: Maintain accurate records of client and prospect interactions and progress in our CRM, and generate reports and metrics on new business leads, funnel, close, etc.  Work with management to set annual targets and track quarterly progress.
  • Networking and thought leadership: Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about the latest trends in talent management,  build a pipeline of prospective clients, build your profile as a thought leader and contribute to enhancing the reputation of Oxford + Richmond/TalentSpoke™.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Possess innate sales and senior-level influencing abilities, ideally with at least 5 years of executive search and/or strong B2B services/ solutions business development experience.
  • A confident, flexible and empathetic communicator who can interact and establish at all levels of an organization.  Affable, engaging, likable and comfortable presenting to audiences of all sizes. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Confident in their sales ability, gravitating to an uncapped, performance-based compensation plan. Must be motivated by personal financial success.
  • A motivated, energetic, ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded self-starter.
  • A positive, genuine and relationship-focused individual. Must have a sense of humour, humility and an open mind.
  • Future-minded, innovative and open to new ideas and technologies.
