THE POSITION

Due to the launch of Talentspoke, we are looking for multiple Recruiters to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for leading and executing full-cycle recruitment efforts for our clients, developing and maintaining diverse candidate pools, implementing new processes to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences, and strengthening our brand in the marketplace.

Among other qualities, an ideal candidate is a positive, genuine, energetic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial-minded self-starter with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences. They must be confident and empathetic communicators, possess innate sales and relationship management abilities, and embrace our values of high ethics and superior customer service. Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also critical. THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

● Provide full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and evaluating to ensure the most highly qualified and best-suited candidates are selected for all positions.

● Client relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide proactive consultation on recruitment and talent management strategies.

● Ensure an outstanding candidate experience: Provide frequent, transparent and timely communication and guidance to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.

● Record keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress, and generate reports on recruitment metrics and progress to clients.

● Process Improvement: Identify process enhancement opportunities to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences. Implement best practices related to the candidate experience, inclusive recruitment and the development of diverse and high-quality candidate pools. Review and analyze recruitment data to gain insights and inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

● Be an Ambassador: Operate with professionalism, transparency, humility and the highest ethical standard to strengthen our clients’ established and growing reputations, their employee value propositions and employer brands in the market.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

● Be a resilient, self-motivated and sales-oriented individual with at least 2 years of hands-on sales or account management experience, with full-cycle talent acquisition experience as an asset

● Have a strong customer focus (candidate and client) with a proven ability to build lasting relationships

● Analytical with solid business acumen, comfortable leveraging data (qualitative and quantitative) to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvement

● A confident, flexible and empathetic communicator who can interact at all levels of an organization and quickly establish credibility at all levels of an organization

● Creative and effective storyteller who can engage potential candidates and get them excited by new opportunities

● Possess strong project management and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a lean and entrepreneurial environment

● A positive, energetic, fun, ambitious, collaborative and entrepreneurial-minded self-starter with the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions

● Is adaptable and can thrive in a growing, fast-paced organization
