THE POSITION

Due to the increasing demand for our progressive talent solutions, we are looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our dynamic team.  With an uncapped and unprecedented house /consultant split structure, this is an industry-unique opportunity for a driven and results-oriented performer.

The ideal candidates will be progressive, entrepreneurial-minded, highly self-motivated sales professionals with 5+ years of executive search and/or business development experience. They must be confident and empathetic communicators, possess innate sales + relationship management abilities, and embrace our values of high ethics and superior customer service.

THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for securing retained search business and then identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies for finding and recruiting top candidates.

  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and drive sales and revenue. 
  • Client relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing consultation on recruitment strategies. 
  • Market research and analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, and provide clients with insights on market conditions, compensation trends, and talent availability.
  • Provide full cycle recruitment Including sourcing, selection, and interviewing, to ensure the most highly qualified and best-suited candidates are selected for all positions.
  • Reporting and tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress, and generate reports on new business leads and recruitment metrics and progress to clients.
  • Thought leadership: Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about the latest trends and developments in talent management and executive search. Build your personal profile as a thought leader and contribute to enhancing the reputation of oxford + richmond.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Possess innate sales + senior level influencing abilities, ideally with at least 5 years of executive search and/or strong B2B services business development experience
  • A confident, flexible and empathetic communicator who can interact + establish credibility at all levels of an organization 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • A proven track record identifying and attracting top-tier talent and exceeding revenue targets
  • A motivated, energetic, ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded self-starter
  • Detail-oriented with proven project management skills + the ability to maintain high customer service standards
  • A positive, genuine and relationship-focused individual
  • Future-minded, innovative and open to new ideas and technologies
