Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to provide short-term administrative support, focused on reviewing and processing high volumes of records. This role will help address a backlog of work and ensure timely, accurate data entry and evaluation in accordance with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Accurately enter and update records within internal systems
- Apply established policies and guidelines to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or unclear cases
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Meet productivity targets while ensuring a high level of accuracy
Qualifications:
- Experience working with administrative systems or databases preferred
- Proficiency with Banner Admin; experience with OnBase is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently
