Job Description
Support day-to-day IT operations by maintaining systems, resolving user issues, and ensuring reliable, secure technology across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support for hardware, software, and IT systems for local and remote users
• Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets
• Configure, deploy, and maintain IT assets (PCs, printers, mobile devices)
• Maintain servers, network, and security systems
• Manage device lifecycle and refresh planning
• Document systems, processes, and procedures
• Stay current with emerging technologies and updates
• Improve IT processes and documentation
• Participate in team and company meetings
• Identify and implement technology solutions to meet business needs
• Work with vendors and support IT projects
• Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to IT policies and strategic initiatives
• Complete project tasks on time
Qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant IT experience
• College education and industry certifications a plus
• Experience with cloud services, networking, and security
• Familiarity with servers, virtualization, and end-user devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable mindset
