This role serves as a key liaison between the Automation Center of Excellence and business stakeholders, identifying opportunities for automation and ensuring the effective application of technology to improve operational efficiency with RCM.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the enterprise automation opportunity pipeline
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement automation solutions
- Lead RCM process improvement and automation initiatives while supporting project execution
- Develop business requirements, process maps, and supporting documentation
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to align priorities and delivery timelines
- Deliver reporting, insights, and presentations to senior leadership
- Provide strategic direction in solution design and troubleshooting
- Evaluate emerging automation technologies and platforms
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, performance goals, and quality standards
- Track and report on KPIs related to automation initiatives and pipeline progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical/analytical background preferred
- Hands-on experience with APIs, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), and machine learning technologies
- Workflow and database tools (QuickBase or similar)
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and driving initiatives
- Experience in business analysis and process improvement
- Deep understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environments
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
