Analyze raw materials, freight, duties, tariffs, and other input costs and assess impact on COGS
Lead cost forecasting, variance analysis, and communicate performance drivers
Own the Annual Operating Plan process for the supply chain and align key cost drivers to budget targets
Develop standardized financial reporting and KPI dashboards
Lead inventory financial reviews including excess and obsolete analysis
Support capital planning, cost savings initiatives, sourcing changes, and ROI analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 or more years in plant, manufacturing, or supply chain finance
Leadership or project management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, and COGS analysis
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
ERP experience such as SAP or JDE preferred
Ability to travel up to 25 percent
