Description:
The Office Admin will support day-to-day administrative operations while assisting with internal programs and external requests. This role is responsible for managing incoming inquiries, maintaining tracking systems, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely processes. This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) with partial onsite work required.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Manage and respond to incoming requests, providing support and resolving issues as needed
- Maintain and update tracking systems, reports, and administrative records
- Assist in coordinating programs, initiatives, and general office activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient communication and execution
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and data management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
