What You Bring

Technical Experience

• Extensive experience (6+ years) building production-grade front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Hands-on experience delivering mobile experiences with React Native; PWA experience is a bonus

• Strong background working with backend systems, including Java-based services, RESTful APIs, and relational databases

• Proven ability to design scalable UI architectures and reusable component systems

• Experience integrating front-end applications with cloud-hosted services, ideally within AWS environments

Engineering Depth

• Deep understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries to deliver consistent UI patterns

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

• Comfort making architectural decisions that balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability

Leadership and Collaboration

• A track record of guiding technical direction without relying on formal authority

• Experience mentoring engineers across front-end and full-stack disciplines

• Strong partnership skills when working with product, design, and business teams

• Ability to align technical solutions with broader organizational goals
