Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Position Summary
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to provide civil engineering support for facility projects, including planning, design, construction, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent and professional civil engineering services for various facility types and infrastructure projects.

• Support planning and execution of projects involving site development, roads, airfields, drainage, utilities, shore protection, and related civil works.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout all project phases.

• Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and provide technical guidance.

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and design criteria.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for federal background clearance required

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices for infrastructure and facility design

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering efforts and leading teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, civil analysis software, and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering for facilities, including new construction and renovations

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
