Job Description
Description: Lead a team, while keeping in mind safety and continuous improvement. Schedule production, work with staff manage workflows to hit production goals on time.
Responsibilities/skills:
Work with KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management.
Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures
Qualifications:
Have 2 years of experience as a supervisor, demonstrat strong leadership and management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable
Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
