We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Metro Detroit team. In this role, you’ll create responsive, high-performance HVAC and plumbing systems that enhance building functionality and user experience. 

• Collaborate with design teams to develop HVAC and plumbing systems tailored to project needs
• Prepare construction documents and detailed mechanical drawings in Revit
• Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and equipment sizing
• Assess existing systems for potential reuse, retrofit, or replacement
• Support teams with technical problem-solving and contribute to system innovation
• Assist in selecting mechanical equipment and plumbing fixtures that meet project and code requirements
• Gain exposure to fire protection system design and performance-based specifications

• 0–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the AEC industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification or working toward it preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC/plumbing system design, energy modeling, and applicable codes
• Proficiency in Revit and interest in tools like Dynamo or other computational design platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a desire to grow professionally
