Responsibilities & Skills:
Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, machinery maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive supervisory experience, including oversight of multi-shift teams in industrial environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Skilled in implementing advanced reliability tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Expertise in training and developing employees across a range of technical competencies, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Advanced knowledge of quality control systems, production operations, and budgeting principles.
Proficient in business and management practices relevant to maintenance planning, resource allocation, cost analysis, and leadership development.
In-depth understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing techniques, and process optimization.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proven ability to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime through strategic maintenance planning.
