Responsibilities:

• Supervise design/drafting team, coordinate workflow, and conduct performance evaluations
• Provide CAD leadership, direction, and technical training
• Design complex components and assemblies using 3D CAD software
• Process engineering changes and maintain PLM system accuracy
• Support new product development from conception through production
• Generate 3D models and perform interference/tolerance analysis
• Assist engineers with prototyping and design improvements
• Coordinate with other departments on design development
• Implement procedural improvements to enhance productivity

Requirements:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred
• 3+ years related experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Advanced 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD/Inventor) proficiency
• Experience with Oracle, ERP, MRP systems
• Understanding of Data Management/PLM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent technical documentation capabilities
