Responsibilities/skills:
Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate needs into detailed product requirements.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies, including writing Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks in ServiceNow.
Oversee the design and development lifecycle, ensuring continuous feedback and iterative improvements.
Lead organizational change management initiatives to drive adoption and engagement.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an IT environment.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and familiarity with the ServiceNow SAFe module.
Proven experience with Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Certifications in Scrum Product Ownership or SAFe; experience with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
