Responsibilities/skills:

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate needs into detailed product requirements.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies, including writing Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks in ServiceNow.

• Oversee the design and development lifecycle, ensuring continuous feedback and iterative improvements.

• Lead organizational change management initiatives to drive adoption and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an IT environment.

• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and familiarity with the ServiceNow SAFe module.

• Proven experience with Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: Certifications in Scrum Product Ownership or SAFe; experience with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
