Job Description
Summary:
Apply packaging engineering expertise to develop, manage, and implement moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate packaging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Design 2D/3D packaging structures using ArtiosCAD; maintain BOM and component specifications.
- Select and validate packaging materials and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
- Drive new packaging development from concept through commercialization.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research, test, and troubleshoot packaging solutions and equipment.
- Mentor junior engineers and uphold data accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related field + 3 years' experience, or Associate’s degree + 9 years' experience.
- CAD design and ERP system experience required; ArtiosCAD, SAP, and PMI PMBOK knowledge preferred.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with packaging materials (films, corrugated, paperboard, pallets) and manufacturing processes.
Other Requirements:
- Work split between office, production, and warehouse environments.
- Up to 25% travel
