Job Description

Summary:
Apply packaging engineering expertise to develop, manage, and implement moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate packaging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Design 2D/3D packaging structures using ArtiosCAD; maintain BOM and component specifications.
• Select and validate packaging materials and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Drive new packaging development from concept through commercialization.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research, test, and troubleshoot packaging solutions and equipment.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold data accuracy and quality standards.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging or related field + 3 years' experience, or Associate’s degree + 9 years' experience.
• CAD design and ERP system experience required; ArtiosCAD, SAP, and PMI PMBOK knowledge preferred.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with packaging materials (films, corrugated, paperboard, pallets) and manufacturing processes.

Other Requirements:

• Work split between office, production, and warehouse environments.
• Up to 25% travel
