Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Designer for a position located in Denver, Colorado. The Designer will support small gas regulation station and regulator station projects

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of drafting and design experience.

• Conduct site visits to gather field data and support project execution.
• Develop designs from IFR (Issued for Review) through As-Built stages.
• Produce complete drawing packages for each project phase.
• Create 3D models using CADWorx and convert them into fabrication and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate classifications and bills of materials.
• Own projects end-to-end, from initial design through final documentation.
• Perform drafting and design work, including revisions and updates to drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage and maintain project documentation and drawing records.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

• 3–5 years of drafting and design experience
• Utility industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in CADWorx (preferred) or similar drafting software
• Ability to interpret drawings and translate them into real-world field applications
• Understanding of piping specifications and bills of materials.
• Experience with document control and revision management
• Background in geospatial, construction design, P&ID, architectural, or engineering drafting is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.
