Job Description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Marketing Assistant for a position located in either Minneapolis, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado. The Marketing Assistant will support commercial DSM programs across by managing marketing materials and reviewing rebate requests.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and strong Microsoft Suite skills.

• Work within the Salesforce platform to manage newly assigned tasks from various teams.
• Review assigned tasks and coordinate with internal project team members.
• Identify missing documentation (materials, invoices, etc.) and follow up via email.
• Manage and monitor program inboxes, responding to inquiries and routing requests.
• Attend weekly product team meetings to discuss program priorities and key initiatives.
• Support team planning by helping identify key program tasks and next steps.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects and rebate requests move forward efficiently.

Requirements of the Marketing Assistant:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Salesforce experience is nice to have.
• Previous utility experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
